Combined Plan 4 Health

Combined Plan 4 Health members receive three routine foot care appointments each year as part of their membership.

Please note that verruca treatment is not included within the Combined Plan and is available on a private pay-as-you-go basis.

Patients who are not members of the Combined Plan, including dental-only plan members and private patients, are welcome to book foot care appointments privately.
